This will clear all step completions for this relic.
Start a Totenreich match in Tier I Cursed Mode or higher. You will also need the Jotunn Star and should prepare for a high-round setup, because the fish step is tied to late special rounds.
Go to Skallen Market and look behind the Mule Kick machine. Go prone near the wooden pot or table area to pick up the hidden metal pot.
Take the metal pot to Blodheim Hall and place it on the fire pit near the center of the room, opposite Vulture Aid.
Go to Eidskallen Square, near the barge between Loven’s Antiquities and the Arsenal, and pick up the tankard from the barrel. Return to Blodheim Hall and add it to the pot.
Go to Storm Bridge, near the truck by Deadshot Daiquiri, and pick up the Chilly Chunks from the crate behind the truck. Return to Blodheim Hall and add them to the pot.
Before continuing too far, shoot or explode the back of the Storm Bridge truck to drop an extra Chilly Chunks can. Save this extra can for the Jotunn Star build path.
Use the Flammenfalle fire trap to kill a Necropincer. The fire trap must deal the final blow. Pick up the Red Lobster that drops and place it in the pot at Blodheim Hall.
Find a Fishing Rod from the wooden fishing barrels around the map so you can use the fishing spots for the remaining ingredients.
Use any of the fishing spots on Totenreich until you obtain the Golden Tide Helmet. Keep fishing until the item appears.
On a late special round, around Round 39 or higher, fish at Fishery Island until you obtain the Red Fish. Add the final fishing item to the pot in Blodheim Hall.
After Mr. Peeks disappears, go to Fishery Island and look above Pack-a-Punch for the Relic Trial portal. Interact with the portal to begin the trial.
After the final ingredient is added, Mr. Peeks will appear near the pot. Use the Jotunn Star to get melee kills close to Mr. Peeks until he has absorbed enough souls and disappears.
Survive the trial waves while enemies can only be damaged by melee attacks. Bring Melee Macchiato and a Pack-a-Punched Jotunn Star to make the trial much safer.
