Before starting your Cursed Mode match, equip all 3 Grim Relics:

• Lawyer's Pen
• Dragon Wings
• Teddy Bear

This enables Tier 1 and unlocks Golden Armor (45,000 Essence at Armor stations).

Survive until Round 40. Make sure you have:

• Pack-a-Punch Tier 3 weapons
• Legendary Rarity weapons
• Golden Armor purchased
• All essential perks

From Round 40 onward, a Doppelghast will spawn every round.

When a Zursa (Bear) spawns, damage it with your weapons until it's almost dead.

Finish it off with a melee attack (knife). Only the final blow needs to be melee!

Tip: Use the Melee Macchiato perk (found in Blackwater Lake) for extra melee damage. Make sure your armor and health are full before going in for the kill.

If done correctly, a Wine Bottle will drop from the bear. Pick it up.

Activate a T.E.D.D. Task and complete it at the Legendary level (yellow score).

If done correctly, a second Wine Bottle will spawn in front of the rewards box. Pick it up.

Go to the Blackwater Lake Cabin (where Speed Cola is located).

Interact to place both wine bottles on the table.

Watch the bottles carefully - they will break in a specific sequence. Remember the order!

After they break, shoot the bottle locations in the SAME sequence they broke.

You will hear a sinister laugh if done correctly.

Go to Zarya Cosmodrome and find the yellow portal in the Flame Trench area.

Interact with it to begin the Sinister Trial.

Trial Rules: All your Essence is removed and you cannot earn any during the trial!

Survive 5 waves of zombies (2 waves are HVT rounds).

Tips:

• Spend ALL your Essence on ammo, upgrades, perks, and door purchases before entering the trial!
• Use Reign Drops Gobblegum for free power-ups.
• Use Cache Back Gobblegum for ammo.

After completing all 5 waves, you will receive the Focusing Stone relic.
