Step 1: Reach Round 20
Survive until Round 20 in Astra Malorum Cursed Mode.
Turn on power and activate Pack-a-Punch before reaching Round 20.
Step 2: Find the Grey Pistol
Immediately after reaching Round 20, search for a grey-rarity pistol on the ground. It can be one of these:
- Jager 45
- Velox 5.7
- CODA 9
Possible spawn locations:
- Observatory Dome
- The Luminarium
- Machina Astralis
- Archive of Orbis
IMPORTANT: Find it quickly! Ravagers can destroy/consume the pistol if you wait too long!
Step 3: Get Exactly 20 Kills with the Pistol
Tips:
- Track your kills via the Scoreboard or Weapon Stats.
- You CAN Pack-a-Punch the pistol and upgrade its rarity at the Arsenal.
- If you pick up the pistol on Round 22, you need 22 kills instead (kills = round number).
- After getting exactly 20 kills, switch to another weapon to finish the round.
You will hear an evil laugh when successful.
Step 4: Start the Relic Trial
Go to the Observatory Dome and find the green portal near the Ammo Cache.
Interact with it to begin the Grim Trial.
Trial Rules: You can ONLY use the provided Pack-a-Punched pistol!
Step 5: Complete the Trial
Survive 4 waves of zombies using only the provided pistol.
Tips:
- Upgrade the pistol's rarity at the Arsenal in the trial area.
- Get a Disciple Injection beforehand to help.
- Use map traps to assist with kills.
- Waves 2 and 4 are HVT Shock Mimic rounds.
After completing all 4 waves, you will receive the Seed relic.
